Notes: Having missed both James' portuguese shows at proper venues last year, I welcomed the news that James would be back for another show here, albeit in a less ideal setting - another student festival. This is the second time they played this particular festival, and this show was vastly superior to the first one, setlist wise, performance wise. Tim was a bit annoyed about the late hours the show took place, having complained about it in the middle of the show. It was an overall angry show, lots of raw energy, with several members joining David on percussion duties during a few songs. Tim even filled in for Mark on keyboards while he drummed during a wall-of-noise rendition of Stutter, making for the highlight of the show (along with Jam J). Waltzing Along was meant to be played before Come Home, but was cut due to time constraint issues. Laid had right to the now traditional stage invasion, putting an end to one of the best James shows I've ever seen. Some loud parts sound a bit saturated and distorted (mainly It's Hot), due to my preamp battery being not so fresh (should've replaced it, I know...). To make up  to this, the crowd was very respectful, making this tape probably my most enjoyable to listen to date.

-Please pass this info file along as you distribute the show.
